Your Day - Green Island Eco Adventure
You can choose from 3 departure times from Cairns and Green Island.
8am / 10am / 12.30pm
- Check-in at Great Adventures Reservations Counter inside the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal to obtain your boarding pass.
- Vessel boarding.
- Complimentary tea & coffee served until departure.
8.30am / 10.30am /1pm
- Depart for Green Island.
- Snorkelling demonstration and Green Island Eco video presentation is shown en route to Green Island.
9.15am / 11.15am /1.45pm
- Arrive at Green Island
Choice of Glass Bottom Boat Tour or Snorkelling
- For Glass Bottom Boat Tour: Book your tour time onboard with the crew or visit the Information Counter on the island. Glass bottom boat tours depart from the bend in the jetty.
- For Snorkelling Equipment: Your snorkelling equipment can be collected from the island Dive Shop. Snorkelling equipment includes mask, snorkel and fins. Buoyancy vests and optical masks are available for hire.
Activities at leisure.
- Self-guided Eco Island Walk booklet can be obtained from the Information Counter.
- Swim and snorkel directly from the beach or take a dip in the Day Visitor Swimming Pool.
- Lunch and refreshments can be purchased from the island restaurant and food outlets.
